Description
The glass bottle filling and capping machine is mainly used for filling and capping glass bottles of solution IV from 50ml to 500ml and other sizes at room temperature and high temperature. Filling and sealing equipment can be used for glucose glass bottles, antibiotics, amino acids, fat emulsions, nutrient solutions, biological agents and other medical liquids (such as dye fluid).main Features
1. The filling section adopts the high-precision German GEMU valve filling.2. No bottle, no filling.
3. Compulsory friction of mechanical parts during filling, no particulate pollution, meets GMP requirements.
4. Easy to use, all parameters can be set directly from the HMI.
5. The electronic control system adopts PLC and frequency conversion control technology. Very stable start and stop, specifications are easy to change.
6. CIP / SIP, easy to clean.
7. Suction of vacuum stopper and mechanical positioning, the stopper is transported to the corking station after an accurate positioning, high quality rate.
8. The bottle inlet screw adopts a mobile structure, which can easily replace different screw specifications and sizes of infusion bottles.
9. Immediate capping after filling, reducing possible pollution caused by long-distance delivery.
