Clean room box
Description
The clean room box is an auxiliary device for the clean room, which is mainly used for passing small items between clean areas and between clean and unclean areas. In this way, the opening hours of the doors of the clean rooms can be reduced, which minimizes the pollution level in the clean room.The stainless steel box is made of stainless steel plate, clean and clean. Both doors are interlocked to avoid cross contamination. It is equipped with an electronic or mechanical locking unit and an ultraviolet germicidal lamp.
Performance Requirements
1. Level of cleanliness inside the laminar flow passage: level B.2. Two-layer body, internal arc treatment, continuous connection assured.
3. The clean room passage box adopts a negative pressure laminar flow design. The direction of the air flow sends the air upwards and the air returns to the bottom. The lateral air return adopts a punching design on the SUS304 stainless steel cold rolled plate, and has reinforced ribs.
4. Filter: the primary filter adopts G4, the HEPA adopts H14, and its productivity can reach 99.99%.
5. Air velocity: after HEPA, the air velocity is controlled to 0.3-0.4m / s (under the orifice plate with a high efficiency air outlet, test at 150mm).
6. Differential pressure function: Differential pressure with display filter (effective range 0-500Pa), with accuracy ± 5Pa.
7. Control function: Air fan start / stop button, equipped with an internal electronic door interlock, an installed ultraviolet lamp and a switch of a separate design.
8. HEPA can be removed and installed alone in the top box, it is easy to maintain and replace.
9. The access hole is located on the upper part of the passage box, it is used to repair the air fan.
10. Noise: Normal operating noise of the passage box <65db
11. The high-efficiency air flow port plate is made of SUS304 (half-dyed stainless steel).
