Description
The solution production line IV in glass bottles is mainly used for the cleaning, filling and capping of glass bottles of solution IV from 50 ml to 500 ml. Main features of the IV glass bottles production line
1. The bottle washing machine adopts a new design, the coarse cleaning takes the same direction for the entry and exit of bottles, saving operators and space.2. The cylinder outlet of the coarse and fine washing machine adopts a two-way bottle reception, avoiding spilling and breaking bottles.
3. The bottle washing machine uses an intermittent rinse, avoiding cross-contamination caused by continuous rinsing.
4. The bottle inlet adopts a combination of bottle hook and guide plate, making the bottle inlet reliable without any overturning.
5. Wash water can be recycled and filtered, reducing water consumption.
6. The filling adopts the theory of constant time and current. The amount of filling can be adjusted by computer with high accuracy.
7. No cylinder, no filling: can perform CIP / SIP.
