Description
The production line of BXKZ injectable bottles consists of a vertical ultrasonic washing machine CLQ, a sterilization and drying machine RSM and a filling and sealing machine KGYX. It is divided into three working areas: washing, sterilizing and drying, and filling and sealing, which can be used in-line or independently in the form of three separate machines.The compact washing, filling and capping line can automatically terminate the water sterilization process, ultrasonic washing, compressed air blowing, rinse water recycling, compressed air blowing, sterilization at High temperature, cooling, bottle checking, filling, caps inspection, capping, panel mounting and so on for bottles.
It can have more stability and precision thanks to the servo motor.
