Description
The pure steam generator LCZ is manufactured according to the criteria of the clean steam generator JB20031-2004, which uses steam heating to produce high purity steam without heat source. It is available in three types: full automation, semi-automation and manual operation to meet the requirements of different users.
The equipment is characterized by state-of-the-art technology, unique design, compact structure, rational configuration and heat retention in the shell, resulting in lower heat loss, higher thermal efficiency, Smaller floor space coverage, easy installation and good fit.
Application
The pure steam generator is applicable to sterilization and can effectively prevent secondary pollution resulting from heavy metals, heat source and other heaps of impurity. Our own steam generator meets the GMP criteria of the state and has been widely applied to sterilization in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and the food industry.Principle of operation
Components: water source, purifying water tankThe tank heats the deionized water by steam from the boiler to produce high purity steam. The preheater and evaporator of the tank adopt an intensive stainless steel seamless tube with good heat transfer. The tank can automatically adjust the water intake according to the steam temperature in the boiler to increase the production of pure steam. In addition, high purity steam can be obtained with different return pressures and flow rates by adjusting the outlet valve.
