sterilization systems in place

The existing sterilization systems use two types of technology to sterilize and disinfect the ducts and systems

Sterilization system with steam or high temperature water
This type of system pumps water or steam at high temperatures. The temperature and timing are controlled and adapted to achieve proper sterilization.

In-place sterilization systems are mainly used for pasteurization and product processing systems. Today they tend to be pre-integrated directly into the lines of processing and pasteurization.

Sterilization is achieved by pumping hot water through the system for at least 30 minutes to ensure that each part (nuts, flanges, etc.) reaches high temperatures for a period of at least 10 minutes.

Chemical sterilization systems
These are the sterilization systems in place that are used for the sterilization of packaging lines, packaging, large storage tanks, bottling and many more.

Sterilization is performed by injection of hydrogen peroxide at concentrations of 2% to 30%, or by acetic acid, two of which in suitable proportions.
