Cardboard packaging - brick
When packing the brick, the sterilization, filling and packaging of the products are all in the same process. Good systems ensure good hygienic conditions and strict control over the entire process.
The brick is first sterilized with hydrogen peroxide and hot air. The product is then introduced into the brick, without air, the brick is assembled during the filling process. The filling temperatures are between 4 and 30 ° C, so that the product does not undergo any alteration.
PET packaging
PET bottles arrived after looking for an alternative to the traditional glass bottle. Today PET packaging is a niche market tending to expand exponentially. This type of container blown from a preform made in the same plant, allowing the transport of empty bottles with very little volume.
The fans are manufactured by specific machines heating the preform to infrared ray, the air pressures are 30 bar. The bottle, taken by the neck, is made by air carriers, which allows changes of format with minimal effort.
